We receive your tax information by registered mail. After reviewing your information, we contact you by phone to go over your documents and resolve any issues.  We call you after your returns are prepared to verify they have been prepared correctly and for completeness.  Once your returns have been verified, we will keep a copy of all documents and send the original documents and your prepared returns to you by registered mail.  This process requires about one week to complete for most returns.
